How It Works...(All Memberships are FREE!)

1. To list your property for rent/lease or for sale you must first purchase an XPX.ca membership.

2. Memberships are grouped by the number of properties you plan on selling simultaneously. See below:

3. After purchasing an XPX.ca membership you will then take pictures(# of pictures vary depending on membership type) of your property with a digial camera.

4. You can also take a picture of yourself or family(optional, recommended for real estate sales representatives.) for your personal profile page.

5. Download your pictures from your camera to your computer .

6. Login into www.XPX.ca using the login and password provided. At the top of the page there will be links "My Profile" and "My Listing"

7. Setting up your XPX.ca Profile Page(i.e. XPX.ca/myhome) - Click on "My Profile" fill out the fields that you wish, upload your profile picture and logo (optional) you've just taken. Click "Update Profile"

8. Adding a new listing - Click on "My Listing" at the top of the page (you must be logged in), Click on "Add New Property" fill out the fields that you wish. The more the better! Then click "Save"

9. Adding images to your new listing - After you saved your 1st listing. Click on "My Property Listing", Click on "Edit", upload the pictures from your computer. NOTE: Don't forget to set the front of your home as the "default" image. Then click "Save"

10. Your XPX.ca profile and property(s) are ready to be viewed for the whole world to see! It's that easy!
